If you are a Homeowner or Landlord you must require a valid EPC before any legal sale / tenant accommodates the property. If the above is not relevant to you, it's also wise to have one anyway. They show the potential your property can reach and what changes to make so you can save money on your monthly utility bills.
Inventory / Check-out Reports

Legionnaires Risk Assessment (LRA)

Landlords are obliged by law to ensure their tenanted property is Legionella free. An LRA is a technical evaluation that involves a specialist inspecting the plumbing system in a property. The specialist will check that plumbing standards are met and assess the temperature to ensure the risk of Legionella contaminating the water is low.
